To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, orders placed on our website may be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address, depending on product availability and inventory distribution.

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and relevant logistics information. All shipping notifications will be sent from imsolework@gmail.com.

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery under normal circumstances.

All orders placed on this website are shipped via international air freight. Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 20 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders of USD 100 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below USD 100, a flat shipping fee of USD 10 will apply.
