To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Samples & Return Conditions
To ensure an authentic fragrance experience and maintain hygiene standards, we include a corresponding sample with every full-size perfume purchase.
Please record a complete, continuous unboxing video after receiving your package. This video serves as important proof for after-sales service and return requests.
If you try the sample and find that you do not like the scent, you may apply for a return as long as the full-size product remains unopened and unused.
When returning an order, all items included in the original order (full-size product, samples, and any gifts) must be sent back together and kept in good condition.
⚠️ Once the full-size product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return or refund.
2. Shipping Fees & Refund Details
Refunds will deduct any prepaid shipping fees from the original order.
If the original order qualified for free shipping, USD 10 will be deducted from the refund as a basic shipping and handling fee.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We currently do not offer cash-on-delivery returns or shipping reimbursements.
3. Missing Items / Incorrect Orders / Shipping Issues
If you discover missing items, incomplete orders, or incorrect products upon delivery, please be sure to:

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of the delivery date, inclusive.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
